Funny and deeply personal, Sorry Not really Sorry recounts Glee superstar Naya Rivera’s successes and missteps, urging young ladies to go after their dreams also to won’t let past errors define them.
-Â Laughing at the gossip rather than getting upset because of it.

Not really Sorry:
-Â That I don’t always be friends with everyone. After her rise and fall from early childhood stardom, hardly eking her method through high school, a short stint as a Hooters waitress, going right through thick and slim with her mom/supervisor, and resurrecting her performing profession as Santana Lopez on Glee , Naya emerged from these encounters with some key existence lessons:

Sorry:
-Â Those occasions I scrawled “I HATE MY Mother” in my own journal. Some points are greatest left to professionals, and hair dye is certainly one of these.
-Â At-house highlights and DIY curly hair extensions. So many mothers and teenage daughters do not get along–we have to understand it’s nothing at all personal on either part.
-Â Falling deeply in love with the thought of a person, rather than the actual person. Be it with like and dating, profession and ambition, close friends, or gossip, Naya inspires us to check out our very own destiny and stage over–or plod through–all the crap on the way. Having people nothing like you can be a risk you need to take to be genuine, and I’ll consider that over being false any day time.

Navigating through youth and youthful adulthood isn’t easy, and in Sorry Not really Sorry , Naya Rivera displays us that we’re not by yourself in the highs, lows, and in-betweens.
-Â Getting my monetary disasters taken care of early–before I was wedded or experienced a family–so that the just credit history that I wrecked was my very own.

Despite having a successful profession and a family group that she loves above all else, Naya says, “There’s still a thirteen-year-old gal within me making comprehensive lists of how I could improve, who’s never certain of my own self-worthy of.” Sorry Not really Sorry is certainly for that thirteen-year-old in every of us.
